MEMORANDUM OPINION

Before the Court is appellee's April 22, 2016 unopposed motion to dismiss the appeal. In the motion, appellee seeks dismissal of the appeal because it is moot and because appellant has failed to prosecute the appeal. Appellant does not oppose dismissal of the appeal. We grant appellee's motion and dismiss this appeal. See Tex.R.App. P.42.1.
