MEMORANDUM OPINION
Citing section 22.221 of the Texas Government Code and article V, section 6(a) of the Texas Constitution, La Marque Independent School District has filed an Emergency Motion for Temporary Relief Related to Petition for Writ of Injunction. See Tex. Const. art. V, § 6(a); Tex. Gov't Code § 22.221. The motion is denied. See Tex.R.App. P. 52.8(a).
