IN RE: Terry Murphy, Relator
MEMORANDUM OPINION
Relator, Terry Murphy, has filed a petition for writ of mandamus, contending that respondent, the Honorable Caroline Baker, abused her discretion in denying relator's motion to compel mediation.1
We deny the petition and dismiss as moot relator's motion to stay compelled appraisal and emergency motion to stay the underlying proceedings and compelled appraisal.
