MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator, Terry Murphy, has filed a petition for writ of mandamus, contending that respondent, the Honorable Caroline Baker, abused her discretion in denying relator's motion to compel mediation.¹

We deny the petition and dismiss as moot relator's motion to stay compelled appraisal and emergency motion to stay the underlying proceedings and compelled appraisal.
