MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relators, Tomball Regional Medical Center and Christopher J. Davis, have filed a petition for writ of mandamus challenging the trial court's December 18, 2015 order granting Charlie Acebo, Jr.'s verified petition to take pre-suit depositions of Relators pursuant to Texas Rule of Civil Procedure 202.1(b).^* We deny the petition.
