MEMORANDUM OPINION
Relator, Jason T. Pegues, seeks mandamus relief to compel the trial court to rule on his motion for forensic DNA testing.1 Pegues has also filed a motion for temporary relief
On March 28, 2016, the trial court ruled on Pegues' motion for DNA testing. Accordingly, we deny the petition. All pending motions are dismissed as moot.
