Juan Romero, Appellant v. Stressfree Property Solutions & Thomas Barker, Appellees
MEMORANDUM OPINION
This is an appeal from a judgment signed May 6, 2015. The clerk's record was filed July 24, 2015. The reporter's record was filed September 16, 2015. No brief was filed.
On March 7, 2016, this court issued an order stating that unless appellant submitted a brief on or before March 21, 2016, the court would dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex.R.App. P. 42.3(b).
On March 29, 2016, appellant did not file his brief, but filed a further motion for extension of time to file his brief. Appellant's brief was originally due October 16, 2015. Appellant has received extensions of more than 120 days to file his brief, but has failed to file a brief as ordered by this court. Appellant's motion is denied. Accordingly, the appeal is ordered dismissed.
PER CURIAM
