Michael A. Lodispoto, Appellant v. Adi Ruvolo, Appellee
MEMORANDUM OPINION 1
On February 12, 2016, we notified Appellant Michael A. Lodispoto that his appeal was subject to dismissal because he had not filed an amended notice of appeal as we had directed him to do on both October 29, 2015, and December 18, 2015. See Tex.R.App. P. 25.1(d), (e), (g); 37.1. We gave Lodispoto until February 22, 2016, to amend his defective notice of appeal, but we have not received a response. Accordingly, we dismiss this appeal. See Tex.R.App. P. 42.3(c); 43.2(f); 44.3; Ready Cable, Inc. v. Agape World Grp., Inc., No. 02–09–00390–CV, 2010 WL 670092, at *1 (Tex.App.—Fort Worth Feb. 25, 2010, no pet.) (mem.op.).
