MEMORANDUM OPINION 1 AND JUDGMENT

On March 3 and March 11, 2016, we notified Appellant, who is not entitled to proceed without payment of costs, that we would dismiss this appeal unless the $205 filing fee was paid.  See Tex.R.App. P. 42.3.  On March 11, 2016, we also notified Appellant that we would dismiss the appeal unless he provided proof that he had made arrangements to pay for the clerk's record.  See Tex.R.App. P. 37.3(b), 42.3.  Appellant has not paid the $205 filing fee or provided proof of his arrangements to pay for the clerk's record.  See Tex.R.App. P. 5, 12.1(b), 37.3(b).  Because Appellant has failed to comply with the requirements of the rules of appellate procedure and with notices from the clerk of this court, we dismiss the appeal.  See Tex.R.App. P. 37.3(b), 42.3, 43.2(f).

Appellant shall pay all costs of this appeal, for which let execution issue.  See Tex.R.App. P. 43.4.
