MEMORANDUM OPINION 1 AND JUDGMENT

On February 23, 2016, after appellant requested additional time to pay the filing fee and the fee for the clerk's record, we gave appellant until Monday, February 29, 2016, to pay the filing fee and to pay or make arrangements to pay for the clerk's record.  We warned appellant in our order that the appeal was subject to dismissal if these arrangements were not made by the February 29,2016 deadline.  See Tex.R.App. P. 35.3(a)(2), 37.3(b), 42.3(b)-(c).  Appellant paid the filing fee by February 29, 2016, but the trial court clerk has informed this court that appellant has made no payment arrangements for the clerk's record.

Because appellant has not made payment arrangements for the clerk's record, it is the opinion of the court that the appeal should be dismissed for want of prosecution.  Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal.  See Tex.R.App. P. 37.3(b), 42.3(b).

Appellant shall pay all costs of the appeal, for which let execution issue.
