Mobi & Associate, Inc., Appellant v. LDI Tech of America, Inc., Appellee
MEMORANDUM OPINION
Before the Court is the parties' joint motion to reverse and remand for entry of agreed judgment in accordance with the parties' settlement. In the motion, the parties note the trial court signed its final judgment September 30, 2015 and an amended judgment November 23, 2015. They further note that, in the trial court, appellee disputed the trial court's plenary power to enter the amended judgment. However, they ask that both judgments be reversed “for clarity and for purposes of th[eir] motion.”
We grant the motion to the extent we set aside the trial court's judgments without regard to the merits and remand the case to the trial court for rendition of judgment in accordance with the parties' settlement agreement. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(2)(B).
