Cary T. Carroll, Appellant v. Craig Ranch Community Association and VCIM Partners, LP, Appellees
MEMORANDUM OPINION
The clerk's record in this appeal is overdue and has not been filed because appellant has failed to pay the clerk's fee. See Tex.R.App. P. 35.3(a). Despite being cautioned that the appeal could be dismissed without further notice if he failed to file, no later than February 22, 2016, written verification that he has paid, or made arrangements to pay, the clerk's fee or he is entitled to proceed in this appeal without advance payment of costs, appellant has failed to comply. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal. See id. 37.3(b), 42.3(b),(c).
