This is an appeal from a judgment signed November 4, 2014. On December 2, 2015, the court abated the appeal for the parties to effectuate their settlement agreement. On February 8, 2016, appellant filed an unopposed motion to dismiss the appeal. See Tex.R.App. P. 42.1. The motion is granted.

Accordingly, the appeal is REINSTATED and DISMISSED.
