MEMORANDUM OPINION 1

The court has considered relator's petition for writ of mandamus and motion for emergency relief and is of the opinion that relief should be denied. Accordingly, relator's petition for writ of mandamus and motion for emergency relief are denied. This Court's December 17, 2015 order staying the trial court proceedings in cause number 233–340223–02, styled In the Interest of K.P., W.P., Jr., and K.P., Children, pending in the 233rd District Court of Tarrant County, Texas, is lifted. Furthermore, real party in interest's motion for sanctions is denied.
