Mary Bruner, Appellant v. M. Hannah Construction and JT Turner, Inc., Appellees
MEMORANDUM OPINION
Appellees move to dismiss this appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex.R.App. P. 37.3(b), 42.3(b). Appellees note, and our records reflect, appellant has failed to pay for the clerk's fee or provide written documentation showing she is entitled to proceed without pre-payment of costs despite being cautioned that failure to do so by November 13, 2015 could result in dismissal of the appeal. See Tex.R.App. P. 37.3(b). Appellant has also failed to respond to appellees' January 7, 2016 motion or otherwise communicate with the Court since the motion was filed. Because appellant has failed to prosecute this appeal, we grant the motion and dismiss the appeal. Id. 37.3(b), 42.3(b).
