MEMORANDUM OPINION
Appellants, Judy H. Raines and Peanut Properties, Ltd., and Appellees, James M. Raines, James Gregory Raines, Shannon Raines Espy, Hillary Talley Raines Wilson, and Raines Investments, Inc., have filed a joint motion for entry of an order disposing of this appeal. The joint motion advises us that “all matters in controversy in this appeal have been amicably compromised and settled.” The joint motion is granted. We render judgment vacating the trial court's judgment, without regard to its merits, and dismissing the case with prejudice. Tex.R.App. P. 42.1(a)(2)(A); 43.2(e). Based on the parties' agreement, costs of the appeal shall be borne by the party incurring them. The obligations of appellant Judy H. Raines, and Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America, as surety, on appellant's bond 1 filed December 12, 2011, are released and the surety discharged.
