MEMORANDUM OPINION
Pending before the Court is a joint motion filed by the parties pursuant to Rule 42.1(a)(2)(A) requesting entry of judgment effectuating the parties' agreement. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.1(a)(2)(A)(authorizing appellate court to render judgment effectuating the parties' agreement). The motion is granted. In accordance with the parties' agreement, we render judgment dismissing Appellee's claims against Appellant with prejudice to the refiling of same.
