Expelled Grain Products, LLC And Scott Theiring, Appellants v. Corn Mill Enterprises, LLC, Appellee
ORDER REINSTATING APPEAL
By prior order in this cause, this Court granted a joint motion to abate this appeal pending mediation for a good faith attempt to resolve the parties' disputes. All appellate deadlines were suspended. By letter dated December 15, 2014, counsel for Appellee reported to this Court that mediation did not produce a resolution to this appeal and indicated the appeal will proceed.
The appeal is reinstated as of the date of this order. The clerk's record and reporter's record are due to be filed on or before January 20, 2015. Appellants' brief will be due thirty days after the later of the date the clerk's record or reporter's record is filed. Tex.R.App. P. 38.6(a). Appellee's brief will be due thirty days after the filing of Appellants' brief. Id. at 38.6(b).
It is so ordered.
