The appellant, Mark Johnston, and the appellee, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Inc., Greenpoint MTA Trust 2005–AR1, Mortgage Pass–Through Certificates, Series 2005–AR1, jointly filed an agreed motion to dismiss this appeal. The motion is voluntarily made by the parties prior to any decision of this Court. See Tex.R.App. P. 42.1(a). We grant the motion and dismiss the appeal.
