Kirk West, Appellant v. Mike Collins, Appellee
MEMORANDUM OPINION
Appellant's brief was originally due August 1, 2014. Despite being given more than an additional 100 days to file the brief and being cautioned that failure to do so could result in dismissal of the appeal without further notice, appellant has failed to file a brief. See Tex. R. App. P.P. 38.8(a)(1), 42.3(b),(c). Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal. See id. 38.8(a)(1), 42.3(b),(c).
