MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER1

We have considered appellant Oncor Electric Delivery Company, LLC's Petitions for Permissive Appeal in cause numbers 02–13–00071–CV and 02–13–00072–CV. The petitions are GRANTED. See Tex.R.App. P. 28.3(k).

Furthermore, cause numbers 02–13–00071–CV and 02–13–00072–CV are consolidated for purposes of all further proceedings in this court. Each cause will continue to bear its respective cause number.

The clerk's record and reporter's record are due on or before Thursday, March 28, 2013.

Appellant's briefs will be due twenty days after the appellate record is filed. Appellees' briefs will be due twenty days after the filing of appellant's briefs.
