Derrian K. Dunn, Appellant v. The State of Texas, Appellee
MEMORANDUM Opinion
Derrian K. Dunn attempts to appeal from a motion for bond reduction. By letter dated July 12, 2012, the Clerk of this Court notified Dunn that the appeal was subject to dismissal because there was not a final appealable order from the trial court. The Clerk also warned Dunn that the appeal would be dismissed unless, within 21 days of the date of the letter, a response was filed showing grounds for continuing the appeal. See Tex.R.App. P. 44.3. Dunn has not filed a response showing grounds for continuing the appeal.
Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed.
