ORDER DENYING MOTION FOR EN BANC REHEARING
On this day came on to be heard the Motion for Rehearing En Banc filed the 6th day of July, 2012. At the request of a justice of this court, a vote was held to determine whether the case should be reheard en banc. Tex.R.App. P. 41.2(c). A majority of the court having decided to deny the motion, the motion is hereby denied.
