CHARLES SHAW, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee
MEMORANDUM OPINION
Opinion By Justice Murphy
Charles Shaw seeks modification of the trial court's written judgment that adjudicates his guilt for aggravated sexual assault of a child younger than fourteen years of age. See Tex. Penal Code Ann. § 22.021(a)(1) (West Supp.2011). Specifically, appellant contends the trial court's written judgment should be modified to state the correct name of the State's attorney. The State agrees to the modification. Accordingly, we sustain appellant's sole issue and modify the judgment to show Justin Lord was the attorney for the State. See Tex.R.App. P. 43.2(b); Bigley v. State, 865 S.W.2d 26, 27–28 (Tex.Crim.App.1993); Asberry v. State, 813 S.W.2d 526, 529–30 (Tex.App.—Dallas 1991, pet. ref'd).
As modified, we affirm the trial court's judgment.
