ELISA MAIRE MEDINA, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee
MEMORANDUM OPINION
Opinion By Justice Myers
Elisa Maire Medina was convicted of two charges of being a parent contributing to the truancy of her child. In cause no. 05–11–01683–CR, the trial court assessed a $100 fine; in cause no. 05–11–01684–CR, the trial court assessed a $120 fine. Based on the trial court's findings regarding why appellant has not filed a brief, we concluded she has abandoned the appeals. We ordered the appeals submitted without briefs. See Tex.R.App. P. 38.8(b)(4). Absent briefs, no issues are before us. Finding no fundamental error, we affirm the trial court's judgments.
