ROBERT EARL BOONE, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee
MEMORANDUM OPINION
Opinion By Justice Lang–Miers
Robert Earl Boone pleaded guilty to criminal mischief in the amount of $1500 or more but less than $20,000. Pursuant to a plea agreement, the trial judge sentenced appellant to six months' confinement in a state jail facility. The trial court certified that the case involves a plea bargain and appellant has no right to appeal. See Tex.R.App. P. 25.2(d), Dears v. State, 154 S.W.3d 610, 614–15 (Tex.Crim.App.2005). We dismiss the appeal for want of jurisdiction.
