MEMORANDUM OPINION
This appeal is a duplicate filing of the appeal docketed as cause no. 05–11–01535–CR, also styled Ex parte Jammion Allen. The appeal in cause no. 05–11–01535–CR was dismissed on appellant's motion. In response to our inquiry regarding the mootness of this appeal, appellant responded that he had no objection to dismissing the appeal. Accordingly, on the Court's own motion, we DISMISS this appeal as moot.
