SAMAJ LAYFETTE WALKER, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee
MEMORANDUM OPINION
Opinion By Justice FitzGerald
Samaj Layfette Walker pleaded guilty to sexual assault of a child and compelling prostitution by a child under the age of eighteen. He also pleaded true to one enhancement paragraph alleged in each case. Pursuant to plea agreements, the trial judge sentenced appellant to five years' imprisonment in each case and assessed a $2000 fine in the sexual assault case. Appellant waived his right to appeal in conjunction with the plea agreements. See Blanco v. State, 18 S.W.3d 218 (Tex.Crim.App.2000). The trial court's certified both that the cases involve plea bargains and appellant has no right to appeal and that appellant waived his right to appeal. The certifications are supported by the documents before the Court. See Dears v. State, 154 S.W.3d 610, 614–15 (Tex.Crim.App.2005).
We dismiss the appeals for want of jurisdiction.
