NANCY VERENICE DOMINGUEZ, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee
MEMORANDUM OPINION
Opinion By Chief Justice Wright
Nancy Verenice Dominguez was convicted of assault and sentenced to ninety days in jail. We adopted a finding that appellant no longer desires to pursue the appeal and ordered the appeal submitted without the reporter's record and briefs. See Tex.R.App. P. 37.3(c), 38.8(b)(4). Absent briefs, no issues are before us. Finding no fundamental error, we affirm the trial court's judgment.
