KEDRICK SHANARD MACKEY, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee
MEMORANDUM OPINION
Opinion By Justice Lang
After a jury convicted Kedrick Shanard Mackey of cruelty to animals, the trial judge assessed punishment at 365 days' confinement in jail, probated for twenty-four months, and a $500 fine. We have adopted the trial court's finding that appellant abandoned his appeal, and ordered the appeal submitted without briefs. See Tex.R.App. P. 38.8(b)(4). Absent briefs, no issues are before us. Finding no fundamental error, we affirm the trial court's judgment.
