TOMMY R. HARVEY, Appellant v. NEDRA DIANE WILLIAMS, Appellee
MEMORANDUM OPINION
Opinion By Justice Myers
By letter dated April 8, 2011, we informed appellant the $175.00 filing fee was due and instructed him to file the fee within ten days. We cautioned appellant that failure to pay the filing fee would result in dismissal of the appeal. Also by letter dated April 8, 2011, we notified appellant his docketing statement was due and that failure to file a proper docketing statement within ten days might result in dismissal of his appeal. By letter dated April 11, 2011, we notified appellant that his notice of appeal was defective and directed appellant to file an amended notice of appeal within thirty days. To date, appellant has not paid the filing fee, filed a docketing statement, filed an amended notice of appeal, or otherwise corresponded with the Court.
Therefore, we dismiss the appeal. See Tex.R.App. P. 42.3(b)(c).
