MEMORANDUM OPINION

Opinion By Justice Moseley

By letter dated July 8, 2011, we informed appellant the $175.00 filing fee was due and instructed him to file the fee within ten days. We cautioned appellant that failure to pay the filing fee would result in dismissal of the appeal. Also by letter dated July 8, 2011, we notified appellant his docketing statement was due and that failure to file a proper docketing statement within ten days might result in dismissal of his appeal. To date, appellant has not paid the filing fee, filed a docketing statement, or otherwise corresponded with the Court.

Therefore, we dismiss the appeal. See Tex.R.App. P. 42.3(b)(c).
