JASON FRAZIN, Appellant v. BED BATH & BEYOND, INC., Appellee
MEMORANDUM OPINION
Opinion By Justice Lang
By letter dated June 9, 2011, the Court notified appellant the Dallas County Clerk had informed us that the clerk's record had been prepared but appellant had not paid for the record. We directed appellant to provide the Court, within ten days, either verification he had paid for the clerk's record or that he was entitled to proceed without payment for the record. We cautioned appellant that failure to provide such verification might result in dismissal of the appeal. To date, appellant have not provided verification the clerk's record has been paid for or that he is entitled to proceed without payment.
Therefore, we dismiss the appeal. See Tex.R.App. P. 42.3(b),(c).
