DEMETRIA WINN, Appellant v. CREDIT UNION OF TEXAS, Appellee
MEMORANDUM OPINION
Opinion By Justice Moseley
By letter dated April 12, 2011, we informed appellant the $175.00 filing fee was due and instructed her to file the fee within ten days. We cautioned appellant that failure to pay the filing fee would result in dismissal of the appeal. Also by letter dated April 12, 2011, we notified appellant her docketing statement was due and that failure to file a proper docketing statement within ten days might result in dismissal of her appeal. By letters dated June 14, 2011, the Court notified appellant that both the clerk's and the reporter's records were due. On June 20, 2011, the court reporter informed the Court that she had not received a request to prepare a reporter's record and no payment arrangements had been made. To date, appellant has not paid the filing fee, filed a docketing statement, or otherwise
corresponded with the Court.
Therefore, we dismiss the appeal. See Tex.R.App. P. 42.3(b)(c).
