MEMORANDUM OPINION
Before the Court is appellant's motion for entry of order of dismissal. Appellant informs the Court that it has settled all claims with appellee and asks that the appeal be dismissed with prejudice.
Accordingly, we grant appellant's motion and dismiss the appeal with prejudice. See Tex.R.App. P. 42.1(a)(1).
