IN RE: CARL L. BAYSON, Relator
MEMORANDUM OPINION
Opinion by Justice Lang
Before the Court is relator's petition for writ of mandamus complaining that the trial court has failed to timely rule on his motion for reformation of judgment. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them herein. This Court does not have jurisdiction over relator's petition because the issue raised in the motion for reformation of judgment should have been raised on direct appeal or by habeas corpus. See Tex.Code Crim. Proc. Ann. art. 11.07 (West Supp.2010); In re Kennedy, No. 12–11–00217–CR, 2011 WL 3274007, at *1 (Tex.App.-Tyler July 29, 2011, orig. proceeding). Accordingly, we DISMISS relator's petition for a writ of mandamus for want of jurisdiction.
