MEMORANDUM OPINION

Before the Court is appellant's motion to dismiss the appeal. Appellant informs the Court that it has settled its claims with appellees, Vision Solid Solutions, Inc. and Mud Techs Xpress, Inc. Appellant further states in its motion that dismissal of the appeal would not prevent any party from seeking relief to which it would otherwise be entitled and that there are no further issues in controversy to be decided by this Court. No response to this motion was filed.

Accordingly, we grant appellant's motion and dismiss the appeal. See Tex.R.App. P. 42.1(a)(1).
