CHARLES E. MOFFITT AND MARTIN TRANSPORTATION SYSTEMS, INC., Appellants v. ADELINA VASQUEZ, Appellee
MEMORANDUM OPINION
The Court has before it the parties' joint agreed motion to vacate trial court's judgments, dismiss appeal, dissolve writs of execution and release supersedeas bonds. In the motion, the parties state they have reached a settlement agreement and ask that the appeal be dismissed and the default judgments vacated. We grant the motion, dismiss the appeal, and vacate the trial court's judgments. See Tex.R.App. P. 42.1(a).
