MARIE REDDICK, Appellant v. ROSELAND TOWNHOMES, Appellee
MEMORANDUM OPINION
Opinion By Chief Justice Wright
The record was due in this case on March 7, 2011. By letter dated May 18, 2011, the Dallas County Clerk notified this Court that the clerk's record was prepared and that the clerk was awaiting payment of the clerk's fee before filing it. By letter dated May 19, 2011, this Court required appellant to provide the Court within ten days with written verification that appellant has paid or made arrangements to pay the clerk's fee or written documentation that appellant has been found to be entitled to proceed without payment of costs. We warned appellant that if we did not receive the required documentation within the time specified, the Court may dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution. To date, appellant has not provided the Court with the required documentation. The clerk's record has not been filed due to appellant's failure to pay the clerk's fee. Accordingly, we DISMISS the appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex.R.App. P. 37.3(b).
