MEDO PETROVIC AND FRANCIS PETROVIC, Appellants v. DIETER SCHWARTZ D/B/A MARKET SQUARE, Appellee
MEMORANDUM OPINION
On June 15, 2011, we sent appellants a letter notifying them that we received notice that the clerk's record had not been filed because appellants had not paid the clerk's fee. We told appellants that if they did not provide, within ten days of the date of the letter, written verification that they had paid the clerk's fee or written documentation that they were entitled to proceed without payment of costs, the court would dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex.R.App. P. 37.3(b). Appellants have not complied with our directive or responded to our letter. Accordingly we DISMISS the appeal for WANT OF PROSECUTION.
