FRANCISCO ROMERO GONZALES, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee
MEMORANDUM OPINION
Opinion By Justice Lang–Miers
A jury found Francisco Romero Gonzales guilty of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. The jury found one enhancement paragraph true and assessed punishment at fourteen years' imprisonment and a $10,000 fine. Appellant, who is not indigent, did not file a brief; therefore, the appeal was submitted without briefs. See Tex.R.App. P. 38.8(b). Absent briefs, no issues are before the Court. Finding no fundamental error, we affirm the trial court's judgment.
