STEPHEN HODGE, Appellant v. RAY ALLEN CHRISTOPHER, Appellee
MEMORANDUM OPINION
Opinion By Chief Justice Wright
Before the Court is appellant's July 7, 2011 motion to dismiss the appeal. In the motion, appellant states the parties have executed and filed a Compromise and Settlement Agreement and have nonsuited, with prejudice, all of the claims in the lawsuit. Pursuant to the agreement, appellant requests this Court to dismiss the appeal with prejudice. We grant appellant's motion and dismiss the appeal with prejudice. See Tex.R.App. P. 42.1(a)(2)(A).
