Opinion By Chief Justice Wright

By letter dated January 12, 2011, the Court notified appellant that her brief was overdue. We directed appellant to file her brief and an extension motion within ten days, and we warned that failure to comply would result in dismissal of the appeal. See Tex.R.App. P. 38.8(a)(1). To date, appellant has not filed her brief or a motion for extension of time to file her brief. Accordingly, we dismiss this appeal.
