KENNETH MCCLAIN, Appellant v. WILL BUESCHEL, MARY DUNSEITH, HECTOR RANGEL, BARRY BARNES, THOM DANCE, KATHLEEN CHAPMAN, TAYLOR WHITE, TERIL WOOD WARD, and NATHALIOAH NAIPUL, Appellees
MEMORANDUM OPINION
Opinion By Justice FitzGerald
By order dated May 23, 2011, we struck appellant's brief and cautioned appellant that failure to file a brief in compliance with the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure within ten days would result in dismissal of the appeal. To date, appellant has not filed a brief or otherwise corresponded with the Court.
Therefore, we dismiss the appeal. See Tex.R.App. P. 42.3(c).
