WAYNE TRAYWICK, Appellant v. PROFESSIONAL COIN GRADING SERVICES INC., Appellee
MEMORANDUM OPINION
On February 15, 2011, appellant Wayne Traywick filed a notice of appeal in this case. On April 27, 2011, we notified appellant that the clerk had informed us that appellant had neither paid nor made arrangements to pay the clerk's fee, and that if appellant did not provide documentation showing that he had done so within ten days, this case would be dismissed. Appellant responded by informing the Court on May 3, 2011, that he no longer wished to pursue his appeal. Accordingly, we DISMISS this appeal.
