IN RE: LAWRENCE EDWARD BOYD AND DALE BRIAN GRAVES, Relators
Original Proceeding
Petition for Writ of Mandamus
MEMORANDUM OPINION
Opinion by Justice Francis
Relators contend the Town Secretary for the Town of Sunnyvale erred by approving certain election candidate applications. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them here. Based on the record before us, we conclude relators have not shown they are entitled to the relief requested. See Tex.R.App. P. 52.8(a); In re Brown, 190 S.W.3d 768, 770 (Tex.App.-Dallas 2006, orig. proceeding) (citing In re Sharp, 186 S.W.3d 534 (Tex.2006) (orig.proceeding); In re Francis, 186 S.W.3d 534 (Tex.2006) (orig.proceeding); In Re Holcomb, 186 S.W.3d 553 (Tex.2006) (orig.proceeding)). Accordingly, we DENY relators' petition for writ of mandamus.
