MEMORANDUM OPINION

Opinion By Justice Fillmore

Before the Court is relator's petition for writ of habeas corpus seeking release on pretrial bond. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them herein. This Court has no original habeas corpus jurisdiction in criminal law matters.¹ See Tex. Gov't Code Ann. § 22.221(d) (West 2004). Accordingly, we dismiss relator's petition for writ of habeas corpus for want of jurisdiction.
