IN RE: DUANE CRITHFIELD, Relator
Original Proceeding from the County Court at Law No. 5
Dallas County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. 09-02916-B
MEMORANDUM OPINION
Opinion by Justice Myers
The Court has before it relator's emergency motion for temporary relief. The Court DENIES the motion. The Court also has before it relator's petition for writ of mandamus. Relator contends the trial judge erred in ordering him to produce certain documents. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them herein. Based on the record before us, we conclude relator has not shown that the trial court abused its discretion. See K Mart Corp. v. Sanderson, 937 S.W.2d 429, 431 (Tex.1996) (orig.proceeding). Accordingly, we DENY relator's petition for writ of mandamus.
