AREFKIA GROUP, L.L.C. AND FREDRICK GILANI, Appellants v. LAWTON COMMERCIAL SERVICES, L.P., Appellee
MEMORANDUM OPINION
By order dated October 8, 2010, we notified appellants the appeal would be submitted without the reporter's record because they failed to comply with our directive to provide us with written documentation that they had either paid for the record or were entitled to proceed without payment. See Tex.R.App. P. 37.3(c). We also directed appellants to file their brief within thirty days. When appellants failed to file their brief, we informed them by letter dated December 7, 2010, that their brief was overdue. We directed them to file, within ten days, both the brief and an extension motion. We warned that failure to comply would result in dismissal of the appeal. See Tex.R.App. P. 38.8(a)(1). To date, appellants have neither filed their brief nor otherwise communicated with the Court regarding the appeal. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal. See id. 43.2(f).
