MEMORANDUM OPINION

On October 5, 2010, the Court granted appellants' counsel's motion to withdraw and ordered appellants to notify us, within thirty days, of the name, State Bar number, address, and telephone number of new counsel. We reminded appellants that because each is a corporation, they could not proceed without counsel, and we warned that failure to comply with our order would result in dismissal of the appeal. See Kunstoplast of Am., Inc. v. Formosa Plastics Corp., 937 S.W.2d 455, 456 (Tex.1996) (per curiam). To date, appellants have neither provided the required information concerning new counsel nor otherwise communicated with the Court regarding the appeal. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal.
