JERRY DON CALDER, Appellant v. NANCY YORK, Appellee
MEMORANDUM OPINION
By letter dated October 19, 2010, the Court notified appellant that the Dallas County District Clerk informed us appellant had not paid for the clerk's record. We directed appellant to provide written verification, within ten days, that he had either paid for the record or was entitled to proceed without payment. We warned that failure to comply may result in dismissal of the appeal without further notice. See Tex.R.App. P. 37.3(b). To date appellant has neither provided verification of payment nor otherwise communicated with the Court regarding the appeal. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal.
